Hennikon Care is committed to ensuring that all referrals for placements are dealt with in a thorough, timely and professional manner and in adherence with the Organisation's anti-discriminatory practices.
Before a placement or support arrangement is offered, Hennikon will complete a thorough assessment to understand the person's needs, wishes, risks and desired outcomes. Information gathered during the assessment will be handled in line with data protection requirements.
