How Hennikon supports people

Hennikon provides support through care at home, supported living, residential-style support, respite care and live-in-care arrangements.

Our staff are trained, supervised and supported so that care is delivered safely and consistently. We listen to the people we support, their families and the professionals involved in their care.

We focus on each person's strengths, interests and daily routines. The aim is to build confidence, encourage independence, support healthy living, maintain positive relationships and help people take part in meaningful activities.

Hennikon works with families, local authorities, health professionals and community partners to provide practical support that is safe, flexible and appropriate for the person's needs.

About the care we can provide

Support should be built around the person.

Care planning should consider needs, risks, daily routines, family input, culture, communication and independence.

What families ask first
