Hennikon provides specialist care and support for people in supported living, residential-style settings and their own homes. Support may be privately funded or arranged through social care professionals, depending on the person's needs and circumstances.

Our approach to people and families

Our staff and standards
We look for compassionate staff who have the right values, skills and commitment to deliver high quality care. People with more complex needs should receive carefully planned, person-centred support.
Safe recruitment is important to us. Staff are expected to complete an interview process, provide satisfactory references and complete the required DBS checks before starting work.
We support staff through induction, mandatory training, specialist training, supervision and professional development so they can carry out their roles with confidence and accountability.
